Police are fining kids over 12 who are going trick or treating on halloween in some of the cities around me. That's kinda rude.
What do you think?
Last year I think we had a few trick or treaters in their 20s

thats one of the reason so many people will be so upset. Some 12 year olds are big for their age.

Granted its more of the older kids who mess stuff up on halloween but i think it is more of a mind set that you have that makes you outgrow trick or treating. not your age.
