If I ruled my own country... well, I'm not too sure. A few things would be legal (with guidelines, of course) and every summer, there would be a 3 month long peace and love festival throughout the entire coutry. There would be no "black history" month.. because if one group has an entire month, everyone should. Government help would be there for those who NEED it.. not those who abuse it.
That's all I can think of for now. heh
