Believe it or not, this is what gave me the idea to throw in this as a BOTM nomination, as I had replied to a thread on another forum about insomnia, telling of how there are a few (VERY few) people on the face of the planet that don't sleep...at ALL. Period. It's really rare.
So, yeah, what would you do? Gads, that'd be an extra 6-7 hours to fill for me. Plenty of time for entertainment; video games, movies and all. Learn another language. Study the hell out of the stock market and investments. Take classes. The list goes on...

I try to sleep as little as possible for the exact reason of having more time to do stuff. Yes sleeping is nice and neccessary, but it is also time wasted. Makes me annoyed at my teenage self for sleeping in until 2pm on many an occasion.
But yeah, in answer to your question I'd probably just do more of what I do now. Maximise time seeing people, talking to people, getting on with work, entertainment etc. Sounds pretty damn good to me.

I'd probably be online, reading, watching TV, or spending it with people I care about

I would love it if I didnt physically need sleep, or ever have to worry about getting enough sleep.
I'd see the world, meet as many people as I can, read as many books as possible and just LIVE

I always imagine how much I could get done if I didnt need any sleep
But you know, I dont think I'd have much to do other than work more and try to become rich

^yup, the one time I was sick, and literally up for 6 days straight, I was bored out of my mind. I think sleep lets you relax and reset and helps you think of new things to do
I'd love the extra time, if I could put it to good use. But like you... I'd end up at work too
