An idea came to me...
Maybe the mods can give out prizes to people who can recruit the most active members
But what kinds of prizes could we give on here besides karma?
maybe a customer title? maybe access to a secret board?
would anyone be interested?
what do the mods themselves think?

They would have to recruit ACTIVE people... not just intro posters
And they cant make the accounts themselves.
karma, titles, and custom stars work just fine

sounds like an idea. 1000 karma and 1000+ post count if you get x amount of members.
