I dont feel comfortable posting my starting weight but my goal is to lose 20 pounds.
I've come up with a food/exercise routine that I hope I can stick to.
Today I had a fruit and vegetable with every meal, and did 30 mins of cardio. It's my 5th day on this routine, and I've lost half a pound!

Wow! Great! ^_^ Keep it up, you're doing a good job and making yourself healthier with all those fruits and vegetables and exercising.
