I will use this thread to log my progress through January.
On the first I had fast food.. meh
On the 2nd I had:
A veggie sub Tuna Salad Chicken Salad Baked Potato Ziti
A little better I guess
I'll post what I ate today at the end of the day

^_^ It doesn't have to be perfect, as long as you are eating better, then you're making progress.
I'm glad you didn't give up on your goal, even though you only had fast food on the first day. Some people give up when they "mess up", but the strong ones keep trying.
Anyway, good luck with your goal! I have the same goal, too!

Bran Cereal in 2% Milk Glass of OJ
Turkey Salad on Wheat Bread Baked Chips Apple
Pasta with Salt Baked Beans
not bad

I don't know what it is... but I fscking love vegetables...
I eat about 1 pound of baby carrots a week, and recently my wife starting chopping up all the romaine lettuce she buys and putting it in a bowl in the fridge.... this was a mistake. This was a mistake, because I open the fridge and see chopped lettuce and say "yum"... and then I eat it... all of it. I ate two heads of romaine lettuce in 3 days all by myself (plus carrots)... unfortunately I ruined the wife's dinner plans and she sent me to the store to buy more lettuce : /
Anyway, the point of this story is that vegetables make a kick-ass snack... I'd take carrots over little debbie's any day (debbie isn't that cute anyway).

I envy having that problem. I don't hate the taste of vegetables, but I am lazy about eating them.

Literally, she wouldn't eat anything else and she got diarrhea from it constantly. I mean, it's not the worst illness in the world, but it dehydrates you and it's uncomfortable.
