This is something bboy and i were talking about doing. i think she has class and work all day so I'll post this and run it by you guys.
how would you feel about making a forum for guests. that way if we ever needed to lock the forum again, I guess the guest board could provide an easier way to screen new members instead of having them email the staff email address
also people could get a feel for the board before they join..

Also provides a nice spam forum... I guess at least it separates the spam from the content, but still...

i think that would be a pretty decent thing to do... we have so many people on here that register and either never post or they post like 5 times and then never again....

spam threads can be deleted... Which is a hassle ... If spam wasn't there to begin with, then it wouldn't have to be deleted. However, this is a moot point cause the powers that be have already created the board. -DarC |
