Yarn and I have decided to give him another chance.  He has agreed to stop making jokes about other countries unless one is made against the usa first. He has agreed to be more mature, and if he breaks the tos his isp will be warned. Feel free to comment or question. |

Good. I always thought it was unfair that he was banned when other people have done the same (albeit in smaller quantities) and never got in trouble.

I think only a select people had big problems.
i guess it's a good idea to give the kid another chance and that you have this deal in effect.
