I can't get it to get my avatar to work... Could someone please explain to me how to do that?(Since I'm obviously doing it wrong)

go to edit your profile, and either highlight a pic from the list, or put in the website addy of the pic you want.
and then put in the size. it can't be bigger than 100 x 100
