You know how you keep promising yourself that you're going to eat better?
Here's your chance to work on it with a group of people.
I know I need to stop eating so much friend food.. My first goal is going to be, no more fries and fried chicken. It's not good for me, and I can replace it with baked chicken, and a baked potato and it'll taste just as good, if not better

I eat way too much fast food. It's just an easy solution when I'm tired at the end of the day and have no time to cook!

I gotta stop eating out PERIOD. Out of say 30 meals, only 2 I cook for myself.

^ You dont have to stop eating out entirely. Just change the foods you are getting. Instead of a Baconator, or a large fries w/ Coke, get something baked with a side of steamed veggies
