Anyone else stuck in a rut... kinda like those commercials that say
Cant get a job cause you don't have any skills, dont have skills cause you didnt go to school, didnt go to school cause you dont have any money, dont have money cause you don't have a job.. and it repeats
I feel like I'm STUCK.

What you should do is work at a job you know you can get on a highschool degree ... like in retail. You can take classes part time at night, and eventually you will earn the degree you want

I can't say that I feel like that... But maybe you should try getting a job on the side of going to a college to get your degree...

i don't have a BA. i was talking about my high school diploma which i know isn't a degree. most people don't work while they're in college. you're always a full time student and you put work last. it's still important to have a job, but school is more important

But, I was on a full scholarship (with meal plan) so all I had to pay for was gas and beer. It worked out pretty awesomely, I'd bank around $1,500 to $2,000 during the summer (living with the parents) then use about that much throughout the school year. On the goals thing... I'm starting back to school on my Master of Science in Applied Computing next week... while working full time. Unfortunately, the school has no night classes for this program (dumb, eh?) but my boss is cool enough to let me take one class at a time during work. However, with 34hrs needed for graduation, it's going to be a long time before I graduate : ( -darc
