I definitely need to get back into shape! My goal is to start walking everyday. I'm going to start tomorrow since it's August first.

Just want to say that whatever peoples' goals are for this kind of thing, start out small and then work your way up, especially when it comes to weightlifting, supposedly hospital emergency rooms are full of "weekend warriors" more than anything else because some dummies think they can just lift real heavy weights on the weekend to "make up" for what they don't lift regularly during the week.

I'm going to start lifting again (nothing extreme, dont worry fatal).. and work some type of yoga in once per week because it's very calming and soothing

I want to do cardio and tae bo at least 4 x per week. I guess I can post my progress in this thread! Awesome!

well i got one of my goals done, completely unrelated to exercise, but my next goal is basically to gain about 1/2 of my weight and keep it on

I ended up losing 12 pounds...gained a bit of it back while camping..but I think it's in muscle because people have been telling me I look thinner...YAY me..just a little more to go ...I want to be at 150.

Yes... I've been using the one that my Dad's wife has and it is like the best... I have toned up quite a bit from it...
