In my religion, we have lots of big fasts, but they are hard to me. I don't like to fast, and I feel like I am bad to my religion.

Food fasts are hard. Don't be ashamed.

I think they're hard for most people. It's great that you still do them.

Relgious fasts ARE hard. Give yourself a break. It's OK to admit they are hard.

You are in no way a disgrace to your higher power. You are stronger than you think. You will do well this Passover.

I lack self-control. You succeed every fast. You're a good man, jaron.aharoni.

Fasts are spiritual and not just physical. So admitting that was part of your fast. So is prayer. You don't have to beat up yourself. You are doing great.

You are strong for admitting your weaknesses. You didn't do anything wrong.

Fasts are required for passover? Since when? I think the first born has to fast the day before.
