Pushing out one final version (at least for awhile)

Download: Quick Quotes v0.1.5

- fixed duplication definition of a constant variable
- added a toggle key to temporarily turn off the partial quoting feature
- 🎬 indicator on quote button in each post indicating prtial quote status
- Quote button will toggle off if it detects the CTRL+C key combo

No this works now.
Triple clicked in Chrome.
Edit: Half works. Works better than before when it was blank.
