Greetings the Forum main menu are 5 sections of 3 catagories, yesterday the forum was 2, 2, 3, 2, 2, Front desk, Technology Resources, Entertainment Arena and Comment Box all missing and today
it's 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, but I cannot send donations as the Forum is broken again only (Follow and Block member) are displayed for me it may be back to normal tomorrow I hope, the last time it happened
it took 4 days to cure itself.
When I log-out every thing looks normal, but not everything is available while logged-out, log back in and it's broken again!

Did you check for caching issues or corrupt cookies? Did you log out and back in? Are you using a supported browser?

So the only thing you can't do is interact with donations? Can you access the rest of the monetary system and shop? It's all together.

If you are only having trouble with one plugin, you can try asking the developer, but he stopped coding for Proboards a few years ago.

xea989, Makes you wonder if plugin data can get corrupt on a user's end. But the developer would have to check, right?

Yup. We did not develop the shop. So, Christina can't check on some things. But the shop and monetary system are working fine. If only one user is having an issue, they'd have to contact the developer.

ASI, are you still earning money? Can you spend money? Can you access the shop? Are you using a supported browser? Is your system up to date?

The plugins are guaranteed to work on supported browsers and operating systems. If anyone is accessing the forum from very outdated software, we cannot guarantee it'll work properly for you.

Makes sense. I'm on 11, my UR Browser is the newest version, and Win 11 is up to date as of Oct 1st. I guess that's why I can't replicate the problem.

Make sure all software is up to date. Make sure you aren't using any ad blockers or element blockers that would block parts of the site by mistake.

^Truth. I once tested a stealth ad blocker on a non-PB forum and half the sh*t disappeared. It thought half the site was malware and blocked even safe stuff. Lol. So, you can't always trust those. Even people on Support reported that their anti-virus software was blocking boards or forum content.
