I'm happy to answer questions! TheOcelot1978 , I'm so glad you enjoyed Broken Wings. That was actually recorded with a guest British singer I met in India named Anna Simmons. Really crazy I was actually there to support my wife during her yoga training course in Rishikesh and in the school called AYM, there were several very talented singers also taking the course. That's how we met. Very nice and cool girl. Google Bot , Glad you enjoyed my song "Welcome To The Fold". I coined this term 'The Fold' to symbolize all the friends in my tribe who share their thoughts on different musical influences. -Truther-, I used to write music about stories of other people. Sort of fiction that i'd make up in my head. These days I've been writing about my own personal experiences. This new album I'm working I've been opening up about the things I went through during my addiction to pain killers when I used to live in New Jersey. The writing inspiration comes from all different places! Great question man. Andrew, I almost always write at least a musical melody first. The only times I haven't were when I would sing a song with someone else's lyrics. I released a song a few years ago called "I've been Here" ft. Nullion and the lyrics were written by someone named Signman875 about his difficult relationship with his father. Not sure when he wrote those lyrics but it could of been a very long time ago.
