I have two brothers and one sister. I've referred to us as the Fab 4 for a good number of years now and I don't see that changing. We as many hear me tell from time to time, have reached the later years of our lives. Not that any of us are trying to rush to that finish line, some have had some issues with their health. The oldest is working real hard to save his eye-sight, and now the sister is having some serious heart issues. So, if you have the time, offer a prayer & thought their direction and hopefully we'll all make it through the holidays a bit older and wiser.
That said, my sister shared a post this morning, just getting home from the Hospital. I will delete the names, but felt the message was good enough to share. Lets all be blessed.
Life has a way of keeping you grounded. I try hard to live in the moment and continually count my Blessings. Tomorrow is not guaranteed. But in moments of uncertainty if you slightly open the door to others you find it gets pushed open with warm thoughts, calls, visits, flowers, humor and seeing the Blessings you have in real time. November is the perfect time of year to reflect on your gifts. The ones that stand by you whether you are dancing or facing health scares. The ones that would move mountains to let you know they are there. I pray we all take the time to acknowledge those people in our lives.
To all of you who open up your families, your recipes, and share those cute babies or pets... from the bottom of my heart I say, Thank You. My life has been enriched by you.
