weighed more today then yesterday and went to the gym yesterday and today, must be all that salty stuff I ate, oh well, You have gained muscle, an inch of muscle will weigh 3 times more than an inch of fat.

granola bars sound good too Especially since they've been improved a lot over the years. Back in the 70s they were considered pretty meh and could get hard as bricks if people wouldn't eat them. They've become better tasting and soft and all. Nice to have this thread here now rather than just during the new year's

The next morning, my face was extra round and fluffy, sad.

The next morning, my face was extra round and fluffy, sad. I too have fallen off the wagon. I was doing so well but...3 days ago I got into the macaroni with extra cheese. Yesterday it was the fried chicken. Today I just gave up and pigged right out. I had lost 7 pounds in less than 3 weeks. I was on my way but became weak, and sadly have blown the whole thing.

@lbjay, I will try to eat less yumminess, let's get back to it, we can do it. Today, I gained like 3 lbs, holy moly, wow, but I don't care, I'm gonna try harder now that I know what my weekend did to me. We got this, c'mon bro, let's go.

Some have to lose weight. Some have to gain weight. We work together this month to motivate the weight to do what it needs to. We are a big loving family. Let's do this together. How are you doing?

didn't go to the gym for a week, gained some, but I went today, feels better, back on track but diet is difficult still,

I've completely lost the battle. I now realize that it's one I can never win, unless illness comes along and makes me drop weight.
