O.K. I know what "Earnings" are all about. We can use them to buy cool stuff when we shop and get to post them on our avatars. I also know how we earn them. I usually wait until I have $2,000 until I go to the shop and buy something.
What I am not clear on is "Bank Balance". I now have $59.06 and have no idea at all how I got it, or what I'm supposed to do with it. Can someone fill me in on this?

You can put money in the bank, withdraw money, and earn interest

Probably bank interest. You get pocket change for logging in every day on top of interest on your balance

You can click on the piggy to get to the bank Is there a way for me to transfer these funds into my "Earnings" so that I can actually use it for something? |

 Type in the amount you want to withdraw and press the withdraw button. The amount in your wallet will increase by the amount you withdraw from the bank. |

I screwed up now I'm at $118.12 and it came out of my Earnings"!

O.k. I fixed it....all is well and I transferred it properly this time. I screwed up with "Deposit" as opposed to "Withdrawl".  |
