LBJ's take on Christina's Forum.

I've been here for about 10 weeks now. I do believe that this is enough time to give an assessment of this place, as I find it.
First off this site has a very good vibe to it. It simply amazes me how members go out of their way to be nice to each other. I have never witnessed this before on the internet. My problem is that I truly wondered if I would fit in!

I am an aggressive type, can't help it, it's my nature. Up here we have a saying,"Kick a dog enough times, and it will turn mean on you". I am like that old junk yard dog. 
I've picked up on the fact that the mods in general will defend the vibe of this site like a mother cat defending her kittens. That in itself is not a negative.

But...I have toned down my humor a bit, and today I realized that I also need to temper my comments on certain sensitive topics. I am 100% open to any mod that wishes to drop by my inbox, this will never be an issue for me. And... also be advised that I may from time to time, drop into yours.  (you may not always enjoy this) lol

I'll eventually turn into a member that fits in...but give me time. The big take away from my 10 weeks here is that members are totally into supporting each other. I have to adjust to this, and need to understand that my comments ought to reflect this philosophy.
 
When I finally get that, I'll then be a bonified member.

Thank you for the valuable feedback. Christina is always reading and listening to all feedback. So are the mods. They don't bite.

Except for Ryanizme. He collects bodily organs. Just kidding.

I appreciate the support and hospitality from other members. I come here about anything and don't feel judged.

Just as long as you never use new slang and "slide into my DMs" lol, that's fine.

The internet has a good side and I think it's here. You can be passionately aggressive about things you support. When I choose how to reply, I look at the tone of the thread. Is it a serious thread, a funny thread, someone who wants sarcasm, someone who doesn't, someone who's sensitive, someone who's aggressive, and then I decide where to go. I treat people like real life relationships.

Your jokes make me laugh. I like you as a member and pal.

Thank you for your feedback. I am grateful that you found my forum and decided to join. I value your input and your feedback. I think you do fit in with in with the community. You seem to have some friends and people with whom you engage regularly. You make your own topics, share replies, and have shared a lot of your personality with us.
