What got me into dungeon synth and dark ambient music

Probably with Wrought Records. They have a lot of good artists although several of them are heavy metal. Ones I recommend include Eldritch Wizardry, Erythrite Throne, Frostlit Lantern and Redhorn Gate. Some on here also liked Warm Smial if you're into comfy synth (their albums can be found here, here and here). Anything from Weeping Moon is great too.

There's others but that's a bit to get you started on, at least

No, I've never seen a dungeon synth concert in person, nor have any signed merchandise. I just missed Mortiis last year but, aside from missing him live (and a good local band that opened the show), a month later they started closing everything due to COVID, so it was probably better off that I didn't go.
