I want to try to find herbs or something natural rather than be on prescriptions forever. I'll consult with a medical professional if needed. That's my ultimate wish.

Ideally, I'll get off my meds one day. I want to talk to my doc in a few months abotu being weaned off.

My mom says the same about her sleep meds. I wonder why. If you have treatment for something, shouldn't you be grateful? Just asking so I understand. Not to be rude.

My cousin went to see a therapist and was immediately offered anti depressants. She just wanted someone to talk to.
I hope you are able to healthily and safely ditch your meds.

Agreed and I don't fully trust what happens with them down the line. I don't want to be old and then told, oh hey the meds killed you.

^Not all meds are abused, but it is weird when doctors push controlled drugs on people.
