Nothing is free. Someone will have to pay for it. It might solve some problems, but cause more.
That said, I wish there were very affordable insurance and have several options. Let them compete like auto insurance places to keep the price low and value high.

Insurance companies are for profit. That's our problem. |

In for a system similar to Canada. 15% sales tax and free health care. Everyone pays in.

I wish we could get universal health care in order. Then I could go and have my knee fixed and have mobility again! Also so many others in US that need healthcare but simply cannot afford it and do not have access to insurance.  |

I don't think there should be so many people in our country that feel like they can't go see a doctor because they can't afford it.
Wish we could take a little bit out of the defense budget, add a tax, and call it a day. If only it were that simple...
