Maintenance is oil changes every year, a new battery every 2-3 years.
22kw and under air cooled don't last very long as they run at 3,600rpms and tend to sh*t parts pretty fast.
DO NOT BUY A GENERAC OR HONEYWELL OR ANY RE BRANDED GENERAC

I live in NYC, but our vacay property is upstate. I have well/septic, so I definitely don’t have natural gas. I very very rarely lose power, but with well water, no electricity for an extended period of time means I could run out of water.
