That's the best thing you can do. And if you feel well, use the motivation to make every day as productive as today.

Good goal. Make some lists of things you want to do and do them one at a time. You 5on't have to pressure yourself.

I barely slept last night. I've been awake since 4AM. I finished m online work before 10. Not sure if I'm productive or crazy. Hey. You did something great with your extra time. Maybe you can relax, have some tea, and go to bed early tonight.
