What are some things you guys do to minimize your stress?

Yell at the person causing the stress. Go out for a drive. Walk around a park or somewhere quiet. Hot shower. Sedatives. Text a friend.

Play cards. Do my hair. Walk around a mall, but don't spend money. Eat a hot pretzel. Go to IHOP. Do nothing but lie in bed all day. Drive around. Sit in Starbucks and people watch.
