Somehow, I always end up bingeing on candy and junk food. I eat things I don't like for a temporary rush and then feel disgusting. My goal is to stop that.

Firstly, don't tell yourself that chips and candy are bad. The second they are forbidden, you're gonna want them more.

Maybe that's why you keep falling into the same patterns. Every food is OK in moderation. Even a bit of candy here and there. Just don't go eaten entire boxes/bags in one sitting.
