Very proud of you for saving some until Christmas. Your Santa will really really appreciate that. I figured as much! Since so many of the forum feel strongly about waiting til Christmas day to open...I don't wanna ruin the fun for anyone else!! I want it to be fun for EVERYONE! Plus...I always enjoy stretching out the holiday. I let my son open a gift for Yule last night. He got a book and seemed pretty pleased with it. We are opening the rest of our stuff on the 24th since their Dad has to work on Christmas day. There will be stockings from Santa on Christmas day plus my parents will be coming up to spend the day with us and they will have some stuff for the kiddos too. I think it'll be kind of nice doing most of our stuff Christmas eve when my other half can enjoy it with us and I've decided to start the Christmas Eve box tradition, with new pajamas, snacks and things a dvd (or a few) this year it was the entire series of Fraggle Rock on dvd, I can't wait to watch it since it was one of my childhood favorites and I haven't seen it really since I was a kid. I hope my kiddos like it. Can't hardly go wrong with Jim Henson though. I think I could have done a better job on the Christmas eve box but this is the first year I'm kind of doing it. I'm hoping next year to do more with adding in fun snacks in there or something, but I'm making up a bunch of snacks and goodies that we will munch on for Christmas Eve anyway...it's just not going in the box lol. A lot of it is homemade not prepackaged so there's that. |

It may be a few days after the fact once I get pictures taken and then manage to yank the sd card out and load em to the computer but I fully intend to come back and show off the not pictured socks I mentioned and whatever is in the pretty gift bags that I haven't done anything but stash til open time.  My aunt and cousin came by today with more goodies for us to open, again, I truly enjoy stretching the holiday out with everyone! |

I failed to remember pics of the unpictured socks from before but I was wearing a pair so I used webcamtoy and shot a picture of my foot cuz I'm a dork like that!  |
