Yeah, this is the first place I’ve worked where I get anything so it always shocks me the greed some people have. People were throwing out numbers like “$1,000 for every year we’ve worked here” and stuff like that... |

I know. I found it incredibly greedy. Entitlement is what it really is. They should realize their boss doesn't HAVE to give them anything. They made a big fuss about how “management gets huge bonuses” in which 1. We don’t even know if that’s true. And 2. Unless we’re talking about upper management, our direct managers literally make less than we do. (Were in a tipped position, and I’ve had friends that have been promoted and have disclosed to me that it way a paycut.) |
