Mine is to eat sugary things less often.
People rag on January 1 as a time to start working on resolutions because "you can start anytime," but I think the new year is a useful reset because you're coming off almost two weeks' time off of work/school. You sort of have a fresh mentality when you return and may be more receptive to implementing changes to your daily routine.

The first of a year makes me ten times more likely to stick with a goal.
