I got the approved. 2 days later I got an offer. 2 days later I got the training material. I read it and passed the qualificaation test. Now it's just 1-2 more days to get my login name. I can work anytime I want during the day, take breaks whenever I want, do a half hour at a time if I want. It's so amazing.

It works the same. Then Payoneer autotransfers to your bank account. So yes, you gotta do your own taxes. They don't withhold taxes for you.
