So, easy maths here... We average probably 50+ people who sign in per day. If each of those 50+ people were to make 3 posts per day, we'd get it by New Years. That's in the ball park of 470 posts per person thru December 30th. If we wanna get there by Christmas, then we'd probably need to shoot for 5 or 6 posts per day per person. I say it's easily attainable.

I think only Christina has access to the forum analytics. When we all had to guess in February, it was based on members and averages at the time.
Now the forum is getting near 200 posts per day.

Mzpanik I think that's why guesses had to go in, in February so no one could do any real mathing.  Averages change all the time. For the past four weeks, it's been over 200 posts per day. When guesses were made, averages were different.  |

Since Tim made the thread, the average has been 228.933333333 per day. I think the goal is Dec 31st! WOOT. Easy peasy.

I appreciate everyone posting their own predictions and statistics. It's fun to calculate averages. Yes, "official" guessing ended in February to make the process harder. When I predicted 2-20-20, it was based on the average then. I also added a few days to factor in for "bad" days. However, at the time, I also didn't realize that the forum analytics tool wasn't factoring in the 40ish posts per day that people made on TapaTalk. So, my calculations were off by about 1,200 posts per month. Since Tim made this thread, and including all TapaTalk posts, we've been averaging 228.9 posts per day. All guesses that made the deadline are in Tim's post and are the only guesses subject to winning. Keep posting naturally and have fun. We just have these milestone threads to track progress, not to place pressure.
