Maybe I find joy through being an enabler. Gosh, that sounds weird already. I am this guy's doormat. I let him wipe his feet on my face, walk all over me, go on a two month trip, ignore me, come back and do it again. But I find a twisted joy in that he needs me and keeps coming back to me. I live off that energy. It's like in the song, I want him to want me, I need him to need me. I live off making him happy and satisfying his needs.
