I get what you are saying but that’s like saying that anxiety disorders sound like everyone because we all get stressed or that depression could apply to everyone because we all get sad.
The reason they diagnose you and call it a disorder because it’s not merely intense feelings. You’re right. Anyone can have those. It’s feelings so intense, they stand in the way of you living a normal life.
For example, everyone gets stressed, but with my anxiety, I get so anxious that I can’t go to the grocery store alone without hyperventilating so bad that I might need to call an ambulance.
It’s about whether or not these feelings are disruptive to you living a normal life is all. Does that make sense?

We might all have some of the symptoms at different times, but it's different when it prevents you from doing everyday things.
