we’re a few days in...who has given up yet? I am so bad at keeping goals. I need to feel more motivated.

I had a physical Friday, got my flu shot, going to get a mammogram, see the dentist and eye doctor next week and that’s about it.
So I guess not being a slacker with my health is my resolution. I usually avoid medical appointments. My best friend was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and it made me realize I should be more proactive.

Lose 15 lbs, lost 15 lbs last year. Make it a point to have meaningful friendships, and not just acquaintances. I'm still starting out.

my NYE resolution is to live life to it's fullest. I don't want to miss out on one minute of not enjoying the journey of living my life.

Already lost a decent amount of weight in 2017, so keeping that going I guess? Not really a "new year's resolution" but it's bettering myself.
Also I want to read at least a book a month. I'm kind of embarrassed at the lack of reading I do these days (besides sh*t internet forums, wikipedia, and the news).

My resolution was to be more positive at work. I went back to work at 7 am on the 3rd, by 12pm my resolution was already out the window.
