You know how the breeze usually cools you down? In 120 degrees it just feels like the rush of air you get when you open a hot oven. Unless you just got out of the pool, then it feels freezing cold.

We had a week of 117 a few years back when I visited a friend there.
I stayed inside
It was 100 at like 2 am

They must be just used to it. When it's 100 here, getting inside a car that's been under the sun all day is terrible. Steering wheel so hot, I can't even touch it. And that's only 100. I can't imagine 120.

It's a dry heat tho. I imagine it feels nicer than all the humid heat we get in other states.
