They would be no different than state crews or hobby crews. It's not exclusion IMO. Guys can have their own too.

You can have an all girl's blog And that wouldn't break the TOS or be any different than any crew or blog that's geared to a certain group.

In the world of "everyone needs to accept everyone, everywhere, at all times," I see your concern. I don't feel that anyone here would be hurt or offended if you made a thread titled "Ladies Blog." If it makes you feel better in a weird way, even libraries have a separate section for women's literature. Remember that the thread title doesn't prevent everyone from opening it, but 99% of people will have the courtesy to follow your wishes as far as who replies.
