Just speaking from experience here. Don't set big goals and resolutions. Break down your goals to small easily reachable goals. You can't save the world in one day, but you can make today feel successful by taking just a couple of steps toward your goal.

*nods* no setting self up to fail. I hate looking at it like that, but yeah. Your goal cann't be to make your first mill by the end of January, if you haven't even made 500K the first 10 years of your work life.
