Here is grass dancers. First of all the purpose of grass dancers was making all the grass flat in the place they were gonna dance. Now it is for custom mostly.

Here is grass dancing. Grass dancers dance first of all so they will make the grass flat. Probably its gonna not matter here except it is customary.
