I haven't been here as long as the rest of these people, but this year is my 8th year here apparently. I don't yet have a five figure post count, but I'm getting there. Am I crazy in real life? Yes. Do I hide this or any secrets really from this forum? No. Why have I been here this long? It's not that hard. There's no pressure. All of us who have been here for years have taken breaks and come back. The awesome thing is unlike other proboards where people get pissy if you are absent for months and don't post, this forum doesn't do that. I never go back to those forums, but I always come back to this one. Also, people are mellow and reasonable here. There aren't flame wars or drama really. |

I'm relatively new.
I will say sticking around for so long is a testament to the people and the environment though, and those should be applauded. It's a lot of commitment.
