My husband is an electrician, but you wouldn't catch him doing it here. If a wire goes out, they simply put up another one. No trouble shooting. It's all super high voltage, a lot of it is exposed, and some of it is low hanging.

Death toll over 300?!?! Jesus, what a holiday. Great catalog of your events And that doesn't even include today which is the biggest day. I can't imagine walking the places we normally do today. Even sober it was dangerous and I only went a 3 minute walk to get food. I imagine some drunk idiots are gonna get themselves hit by motor bikes just walking. I saw a motor bike lay down today, but the guy was fine, thank goodness. "In just six days, 397 people lost their lives through Saturday in road crashes across Thailand, a 30% jump from last year. Drink-driving was the major cause of accidents."

Anyone want Begle the Beagle? I felt pretty bad for this cutie. It was ****ing hot out and he clearly wanted to play. I put my fingers through the cage and he kissed them and then he hunched down and started wagging his tail. But this isn't my country. On a happier note, bunnies in dresses? And Sugar Gliders!!! They're cheap here. Like 30 USD. And adorable. I was told some Thai girls keep them in their purses as alarm systems. They bond with the owner deeply, so if someone with a different scent were to reach into the purse they would start making a whole bunch of noise. more dawwwwww And huskies, while adorable, should not be in Thailand

I don't know how Thai people are so skinny. The food here is so good. This is one of my favorite dishes. Pat khana moo grawp. It's dried pork and Chinese kale and holy hell its good. And a picture of me with the same dish, but from a different place. This one is good, but not as good as the food carts. The food carts are 50 baht too(1.40) instead of 80 baht at this restaurant.

Smoked my first complete cigarette with a friend and a sweet lady boy who gave me a massage. Had to come to the room early(2:50 in the morning) even though we were having a good time. Feel sick from the cig and embarrassed to admit it.
