If you recently updated, then most likely you'll need to uninstall the app and reinstall it.

I usually have issues where everything just gets stuck on loading after I update. Instead of ****ing around with it, it's faster to uninstall, and reinstall.

Sadly, you have to set up your settings again, but afterwards, tapatalk will work perfectly.
