You keep asking this lol. This is a forum. Forums generally don't use chatrooms. It takes away from posting. The forum does not use a cbox. It has a built-in chatroom that people use for once a week chats.

Forum chats used to be on Friday/Saturday nights in the built-in chatroom. We generally do not do this anymore. No one was interested. You can still access the chatroom, but it was removed from the top menu along with the calendar.
