Just to update everyone, Jim is alive and well. He simply did not have Internet access for the past few months.

we moved in September. here, we had to get charter tv, but charter doesn't have internet here. they advertise internet, and apparently they have it in Nashville and Jackson, but, they don't have it in McEwen
I just finally got internet.
it has been hell the past five months
