^Speculation. As far as I can tell, lemonade stands are not illegal. (I admit I haven't checked every state) A permit may be required, but that's far different than being illegal. Another example of a Liberal seeing things or simply making things up to suit the situation. Not that it matters of course, but no one in any of the previous posts said lemonade stands were illegal. I hope that the readers are taking notice of such attempts to mislead them with such false assertions, however flimsy.

That is not true. If they're not allowed in any given city/state, to have one would be.... Oh gee what's that word I'm looking for, illegal!

With all due respect to your clear lack of intellect...Playing on semantics would be your convoluted interpretation of what was actually said as something that was not said, as opposed to my pointing out that no one claimed that lemonade stands were illegal as a fact. Something does not have to be illegal to be discouraged or prevented from happening...Duh. HERE is a map showing national enforcement actions against lemonade stands.
