Had an interesting night Saturday night, which caused some stress in my life and created a few problems. Needless to say, first thing I did Sunday when I woke up was go for a 3 mile run on the treadmill. Felt tons better.
I find that working out/mainly running helps me relieve stress and really focus on what's important. That's one method, what is yours?

I'm the opposite. Jumpy pop would make me feel worse if I was already sad.

I kind of need to try the exercise method. It seems like it would burn off a lot of negative energy.
