Everything deleted in this thread was manual. It's in the security log.

Everything deleted in this thread was manual. It's in the security log. I did not delete my post, and I have never manually deleted a post.

Everything deleted in this thread was manual. It's in the security log. I didn't delete mine and Tim states above that he didn't delete his so... security log is wrong or our accounts got hackzored just to delete a single post (at least, that's all that was noticed so far). Sounds unlikely....Got threads confused.

I didn't delete mine and I'd assume Tim05 didn't delete his... I'm assuming this is more examples of auto-delete gone wild? Stupid probo. EDIT : And I have no idea how they could've been considered eligible for auto-delete since Tim's was stating that Ashley was a female name and mine was a gif of Bruce Campbell as Ash in Army of Darkness. No. People manually deleted posts as per XEA No... I didn't. This is like when people tried to convince me that I'd not posted in a thread a few months back until I provided screenshot proof that I did. I know I didn't delete my post.
There is clearly an issue, be it a bug, rogue delete powers, or mass hypnosis.Got threads confused.

Why is everyone deleting their replies in this thread? Are we scared of Ash? I didn't delete mine and I'd assume Tim05 didn't delete his... I'm assuming this is more examples of auto-delete gone wild? Stupid probo. EDIT : And I have no idea how they could've been considered eligible for auto-delete since Tim's was stating that Ashley was a female name and mine was a gif of Bruce Campbell as Ash in Army of Darkness. This is the first post I see from DarC in this thread when viewing from my mobile device. LG G2

What are you talking about darc? Your posts and Tim's post are still in this thread. I'll claim stupidity on this one, I confused two different threads that contained the same topic : ) After all the auto-delete/reappear/redelete/etc crap from last month I'm just on the hunt for craziness. So, now we're even - 1 fail for probo, 1 fail for darc.

I've used proboards for years, long before I was ever on this forum, and I prefer the likes to the karma. Because sometimes I don't have a reply to something someone said, I just want to let them know that I appreciate their post and that's it. And I've seen on proboards forums, too many times, people getting into karma wars, where they hate someone they smite them once every hour or stupid stuff like that.

You just have to be more open to people being helpful and nice. Not everyone online is mean. There is still a difference from replies that are actually nice and helpful and replies that just appears so like a generic complainant. I've sometimes been told by a friend that it was rude not to acknowledge someone who addressed your question which I've been trying to work on by at least replying with, "ok", just for them; however, for me personally, it sometimes seems like this is even ruder since it's probably better not to reply if you have nothing to say then to just say something which seems to make the person appear idiotic. Dunno, just an observation I noticed. I'm not the only one though. I have that same problem. I don't like to speak unless I have something that I think will add to the actual discussion. I'm the same way in person. I pretty much either have nothing to say or a lot to say. That's why I like the "like" feature on here and facebook. I can acknowledge that I read something and enjoyed it without saying something stupid like "okay" or "yea" in response. I get anxious during text messages about whether or not I'm supposed to just say "okay" in response to something someone said so they know that I read their text message and enjoyed it.

To see a forum that is still active today. A relic of a bygone era of the Internet. Now everyone just whores out pictures of themselves on social media sites like Facebook who always changes their layout possibly so people have to go seeking around the site to see where everything is now which generates ad revenue. Long Live, Christina's Forum! Proboards wouldn't allow me to like this post, but I agree. I use social media, but it feels impersonal. General Discussion forums, especially cozy ones like this one, feel more intimate and meaningful. I really get to know people.
