I guess I could see how people seem more snobbish in the summer, but hey if it's hot and you can pull off a crop top and short shorts all the more power to you since you're probably not as hot as the rest of us. People can be snobs year round so it's easier to just ignore them.

I donno about snobby, but some people definitely like to show off more in summer. I don't mind it so much, but don't get offended if you are walking down the street wearing practically nothing and I look at you.

I don't really see it being a seasonal thing so much. Mostly if someone is a snob it goes on year round, is how I feel.
