The beach is great so long as it isn't overcrowded, there isn't jellyfish around and the waves are calm. I like a non crowded pool also. When I get rich I'll make a private waterpark and invite only certain people over. Certain people like me... right!?

Beach Scuba ftw Going to have to agree with Tiki on this one. Though, I usually go where there are no people swimming and you just have to contend with other divers.

^All the lakes here are private WTF? Are you really talking about lake, or a pond? Because there's a big difference. I know people who call some large ponds lakes... but they're still ponds. If you are truly talking about a lake (say, 1,500+ acres), and they are private, then wtf... come visit AR. EDIT : Also, in AR it's legal to access any body of water so long as you can access it via water only from a public waterway. So, if there's a dribble of a creek and you paddle your kayak up it 5 miles to get to a super-secluded pond surrounded by private land in all directions, you are legal. That doesn't mean someone won't shoot at you or run you off, but you're legal : )

I'm quite the fan of pools. The illusion of security is what does it, I think.
