Does this happen to anyone else? I often wake up with bruises and I dont get what happened over night.

Been working on a house a lot lately - laying hardwood, patching walls, pouring concrete, etc. I continually find bruises and cuts that I didn't notice when they happened. It's a lot less frequent during my "normal" life where I'm not doing nearly as much physical labor, but it does happen.

Happens to me sometimes. Occasionally I lash out while dreaming and wake myself up from kicking or punching the wall. Good thing I'm not married I guess, could get ugly.
